New Bohren & der Club of Gore Album
I know, I know, we are not supposed to play favorites. When you work at a record label, you are supposed to treat each record the same. But come on, even a droid like myself is only human. Bohren & der Club of Gore Are my favorite band on the label!!!! We could not be happier to release their most recent full length release "Dolores". This band is pure beauty. These Germans have been making "doom ridden jazz music" since 1988. While some of their releases have been very dark in atmosphere, "Dolores" starts to show some light, albeit very subtley. If you get a chance, check them out live for sure, including their upcoming appearance at the ATP festival in England in December. Or close yourself in a dark room with good headphones and get lost in the beauty of Bohren & der Club of Gore.

Bird's Eye
Hey folks, starting today you can purchase "Bird's Eye" on itunes. This is a song from the big motion picture that opens in the US on friday called "Body of Lies" that stars a couple of up and coming thespians named Crowe and Dicaprio. Anyway, the song was written and preformed by Marc Streitenfeld (world famous film composer), Serj Tankian (System of a Down) and our own Mike Patton. You can also hear the song after the movie during the credits if you stick around to see who the key grip was.
